These terms cover your use of the Homesake app from Tend Technologies. By using Homesake you agree to them.
Using Homesake
Homesake helps you keep records and reminders for your home. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your own backups. Use it lawfully and don't try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Estimates are not advice
Appliance ages, lifespans, warranty dates, maintenance intervals and manuals are provided as a convenience. Scans and serial decoding can be wrong. Check important details yourself, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and call a qualified professional for safety-critical work such as gas, electrical and smoke or CO alarms.
Homesake Pro subscriptions
- Homesake Pro is $1.99 per month or $9.99 per year (prices may vary by region and tax) and may start with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Billing is handled by Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- To cancel, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Homesake. If you cancel during a trial you won't be charged. You keep Pro until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
Your data
Your content stays yours. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time (how).
Availability and liability
Homesake is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Tend Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be flagged in the app.
