Delete your Homesake account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Homesake and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and data.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm.

If you never signed in, the same row reads “Delete all data on this phone” and clears the app's data from the phone.

What is deleted

• Your synced appliances, tasks, history and ideas links.
• Documents and photos you uploaded.
• Scan history and subscription status.
• Your sign-in account.
• The app's data on your phone.

This happens immediately and cannot be undone. Usage events hold nothing you entered and expire on their own within 12 months; email us to have them removed sooner. Cancelling a Pro subscription is separate: use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

No access to the app?

Email support@tendtech.app from the address you signed in with. Your records, documents and account are deleted within 30 days and confirmed by reply.
