The 38-second tour

See it in action.

Scan a plate, tick off a job, price out the wish list. Sound on, if you like.

How it works

Scan. Schedule. Stay on top.

Five minutes to set up, then it quietly keeps track for you.

1

Scan a label, know its age

Point your camera at the data plate on a furnace, water heater or AC. Homesake reads the brand, model and serial, decodes the real manufacture date, and checks for recalls.

Real plates from a real home: old, scuffed, badly lit, and still read.
2

Get a schedule for the things you actually have

A short walkthrough builds a plan for your equipment, not 25 tasks on day one. Filters, gutters, smoke alarms and flushes repeat on an interval that counts from the last time you did it. Change a filter late and the next one moves with you.

3

Stay on top, without the nagging

A weekend plan picks a few quick jobs. Tick one off and you get a small celebration while your home health climbs. Anything late just "needs a little love". No red alarms.

Your things

Know what you own and how long it has left.

Real product photos, warranty status and a lifespan for every appliance. When something nears the end of its life, you get a gentle "plan to replace" heads-up and a budget nudge, not a 2 a.m. emergency.

FAQ

Good questions.

How does the label scan work?

Take a photo of the data plate on your furnace, water heater, AC or other appliance. An AI (Anthropic's Claude) reads the brand, model and serial, then Homesake decodes the manufacture date from the manufacturer's own serial format and checks for recalls. You can always check the result against the plate and edit it.

Is Homesake free?

Yes. The free plan covers one home, 10 AI scans, and up to 10 appliances and 10 custom tasks. Pro unlocks unlimited items, real appliance ages, 200 scans a month, warranty alerts, sync, the manual finder and the home history report, for $1.99 a month or $9.99 a year with a 7-day free trial.

Will it bury me in reminders?

No. Homesake starts with the equipment you actually have and a short weekend plan. Late jobs are marked "needs a little love", never alarm red, and the next one is scheduled from when you actually did it.

Is it on iPhone?

Not yet. Homesake is on Android today and the iPhone version is coming. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it launches.

What happens to my photos and data?

Your records live in your own private area. Scans are read by Claude through our server and are not used to train models. No ads, and nothing is ever sold. Read the privacy policy.

How do I cancel Pro?

In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions, choose Homesake and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account and data. See account deletion for details.
